【Abstract】 Myelography by lateral cervical puncture was studied in 35 cases. We mainly discuss tke procedure, indications, contraindications and advantages of this approach. It is simple and safe enough to replace myelography by cisternal puncture, which carries danger in its wake. It suits in particular the diagnosis of the lesion in the cervical and upper thoracic spinal cord. Therefore, this sort of myelography is worthy of popularization.更多还原
