【Abstract】 We’ve designed a metal instrument for preventing supine Hypotension Syndrome (SHS). This device can keep the uterus to the left of mother’s midline to avoid or ameliorate the effects of the supine position on the dynamic during the induction, of anesthsia for caesarean delivery. We used the uterus left displacer in 170 patients under caesarean section after epidural anesthesia, In ourcases, hypotension occurrence was found lower than that in controled group, and no, SHS took place The difference between the incidence of the two groups is significantly statistical (P<0.01) It’s a recommendable technique for preventing SHS.更多还原
