【摘要】 <正> 本文描述了最近研制成功的高重复率Nd:YAG激光器。它包含一级振荡及两级放大。在1—10脉冲/秒的重复范围内,1.064μm的输出能量为1.1焦耳/脉冲。输出能量及脉冲波形具有极高的稳定度。振荡器的谐振腔为透射式耦合的非稳腔结构。用KDP晶体获得了40%
【Abstract】 A high brightness, repetitive Nd:YAG laser that has been developed is described inthis paper. It contains one oscillator and two amplifiers. The output energy at 1.064μmis 1.1 J per pulse over the range of 1--10pps. The stabities of output energy and pulsewaveform are excellent. The resonantor of the oscillator is a transmission-coupled unstableresonantor. The doubling efficiency of 40% and tripling efficiency of 15% are obtainedrespectively with KD*P crystals.
