【Abstract】 The multiphoton processes are treated by means of the method of full quantum theo-ry. The transition probability and the transition rate as well as the average transitionprobability are derived using Laplace transforms. The results obtained can be applied tomultiphoton resonant and off-resonant processes for the interaction of single-mode andmulti-mode laser with atoms and molecules.
