α-蒎烯—马来酸酐加成物及其应用的研究

【摘要】 α-蒎烯在磷酸催化下异构化为单环萜烯,经热反应(150-200℃)所得萜烯-马来酸酐(T-M)加成物再以磷酸分离,不溶于磷酸者经元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱测定证实结构为Diels-Alder加成物(双加成物)。通过碱液试验及环氧树脂固化试验(红外光谱、剪切强度、涂膜性能测定)证明双加成物的环酐有活性,是环氧树脂良好固化剂,得到与P.Pcnczek不同的研究结论。在此基础上,研究了磷酸催化、高温(140℃)加料、碘脱色等合成T-M加成物的方法及T-M低分子量环氧树脂合成与应用。

【Abstract】 In the presence of catalyst-H3PO4, α-pinene isomerizes to mono-cyclic terpene. As the terpene reacts with maleic anhydride at 150-200℃,terpene-maleic anhydride (T-M) adduct is obtained and then separated by H3PO4. The structure of the part insoluble in H3PO4 is confirmed to be terpene-maleic anhydride Diels-Alder adduct (di-adduct) by element analysis, TR and NMR spectra. The adduct possessing active and good curing ability for epoxy resin is proved by alkaline solution and epoxy resin curing tests (IR spectrum, shear strength and coating performance tests). It is quite different from P. Penczek’s conclusion. On the basis of these, continuous feeding at 140ccccccccc in H3PO4 and cleco-lorization with I for the synthesis of T-M adduct, and the synthesis and application of low MW T-M epoxy resin are also studied.
