肝病患者糖类及其相关激素代谢障碍的研究

【摘要】 <正> 肝脏是维持血糖动态平衡的重要器官,同时也是许多糖类代谢相关激素的靶器官和降解转化场所。为阐明常见肝病的糖类代谢障碍的特点及其产生机制,我们分析了417例常见肝病的口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)结果,测定了基础状态下和葡萄糖、胰高糖
【Abstract】 In Studying the mechanism of Glucose intolerance, the serum basic levels of glucose, insulin.glucagon and C-peptide and Levels after sitimulated by glucose, glucagon and arginine were determinedin 417 cases with various liver diseasos. As the same time, the RBC insulin receptor was alsomeasured in 38 cirrhotic cases. Clucoce metabolic anomaly were frequently found in various liver diseases. especially in cirrho-sis. In chronic liver diseases, the glucose intolerance were often associated with hyperinsulinemia andhyperglucagonemia, but the C--peptied was normal. The ratio of C--peptide and insulin was reduced incirrohosis. Thses changes indicate that the endogenous insulin uptaka volume bY liver was decreased.However, in hepatogenic diabetes. the respondence of C--peptide sitimulated by glucose or glucagonwas lower than other liver diseases and the controls. The125I -insulin binding Power to RBC was alsoreduced in cirrhosis,but the RBC insulin receptor had no correlation to the results of OGTT. Theseresults suggest that the glucose intolerance in the liver diseases may be related to its relationalhormones which are disturbed in their metabolism.
