【摘要】 本文采用TIIZ模型对我国工业各行业1980—1983年科技发展水平、科技进步速度、效益及其对产出的作用作了计算分析,指出资金投入速度过快,对产出作用过大;科技进步速度过慢,对产出作用过小。建议国家采取正确对策和实际措施,严格控制固定资产投资规模,促进各行业迅速转移到依靠科技进步、提高经济效益、以内涵为主发展经济的道路上来。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the level and the rate of scientific and technologicaldevelopment,the macroeconomic benefit of scientific and technologicaladvances and their effect on the output in different industries in Chinaduring 1980 to 1983 are analyzed with the mathematical model TIIZ.Factsproved that high increase rate of investment funds had too much influenceupon the output,while low speed of scientific and technology advances wastoo weak to have affected the output signficantly.Therefore,it is suggestedthat the State adopt correct policies and effective measures to strictly controlthe investment scale for the fixed assets in order to ensure all industriesto develop with emphasis on the intension and to have their economic benefitpromoted with the help of advances in science and technology.更多还原
