【摘要】 本文对30例早期肺心病(A组)44例甲状腺机能亢进症(B组)和20例正常人(C组)描记了肺阻抗图及其微分图。A与B组对比,肺阻抗图及其微分图九项参数中有七项有显著性差异。即Hs(Ω,p<0.01)HD(Ω,p<0.01),Q—B间期(sec,p<0.01)B—Y间期(sec,p<0.05),B—Y指数(p<0.01),Q—B/B—Y比值(p<0,01),dz/dt max(Ω/sec,p<0.01)。初步认为A与B组两者的鉴别点为:(1)甲亢时Hs、dz/dt max均值较正常组增高,早期肺心病相反降低,(2)甲亢时HD均值接近正常组,早期肺心病组较正常组显著降低;(3)甲亢时Q—B间期均值较正常组显著缩短,早期肺心病组相反延长;Q—B指数均值在A和B两组校正常组均延长;(4)甲亢时B—Y间期均值较正常组显著缩短、B—Y指数显著增大,但B—Y间期和B—Y指数均值早期肺心病组均较正常组缩短和减少。从而提示肺阻抗图及其微分图可做为早期肺心病和甲亢的鉴别诊断方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 There has recorded a group of pulmonary impendence reograms (PIR) of 30 cases with early cor pulmonale(Group A),44 cases with hyperthyriodism(Group B) and 20 normal subjects (Gronp C). Seven out of nine paramenters of PIR showed a great difference in Group A and B. i. e. Hs (Ω, p<0.01), Hd (Ω, p<0.01), Q—B interval(sec, p<0.01), B—Y interval (sec, p<0.05), B—Y index(p<0.01), Q—B/B—Y ratio(p<0.01), dz/dt max(Ω/sec, p<0.01). The differential diagnosis were made between Group A and B according to the followings: (1) the mean Hs and dz/dt max in Group B was higher than in Group C; while in Group A it was obviously lower than that in the Group C; (2) the mean Hd in Group B was approximate Group C, but in Group A was obviously lower than that in Group C; (3) the mean Q—B interval in Group B was obviously shortened than that in the Group C, but in Group A was obviously prolonged than that in Group C, the mean Q—B index in Group A and B were both prolonged than that in Group C; (4) the mean B—Y interval in Group B was sharply shortened than that in Group C, the mean B—Y index in Group B sharply increased than that in Group C, but mean B—Y interval and B—Y index in Group A were sharply shortened and decreased.
