【摘要】 本文采用墨汁硝酸银溶液局部动脉注入法,对40例胎儿及新生儿腮腺器官内淋巴管的分布进行了观察。所见结果表明:在腮腺小叶内,腺泡间,不存在毛细淋巴管或淋巴管,而有丰富的毛细血管;毛细淋巴管和淋巴管只存在于小叶间结缔组织及腺体被膜内。毛细淋巴管以盲端起于小叶门附近,叶间淋巴管多与血管伴行。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lymphatic capillaries and vessels in the parotid gland were studied in 20 fetal and newborn cadavers by injecting prepared Chinese ink and silver nitrate into the external carotid artery. The resuhs are as follows: 1. There are a lot of blood capillaries with ink particles in the lobules of the gland. They lie around the acini of the gland in the form of the networks. However lymphatic capillaries are not found in the lobules. 2. Only in the interlobules are found the lymphatic cappillaries and vessels. Some lymphatic capillaries emerge from the lobule hili, with most accompanied by the blood vessels and the interlobular ducts. 3. Lymphatic vessels, larger or smaller, are found in the fibrous capsule of the gland.更多还原
