【摘要】 40例正常青年人血清铜、锌、锰和镁的测定结果表明,血清铜、锌和铜/锌值与国外文献报道基本一致。血清锰测定值,与国外多数文献比较偏高,国内目前尚未见到有关这方面的报道。血清镁测定值与国内有关著作的参考值一致。作者认为,建立多元素同时分析与动态分析对阐述体内元素分布与疾病和健康的关系十分重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the levels of serum, Cu, Zn, Mn and Mg in forty normal young subjects. The results showed that in most cases the levels of serum Cu, Zn and the Cu/Zn ratio were in accordance with those reported both at home ands abroad. The level of serum Mn was higher than that reported by most foreign authors There has no such report as yet in China, The author considers it is of great importance to establish simultaneous and dynamic analysis of poly-element to make clear the ralationship between health,illness and distribution oft he elements in body。更多还原
