亚温锻造对轴承套圈寿命的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了GC15钢经亚温锻造退火预处理后的轴承疲劳寿命,并与传统的热锻和中温锻造工艺进行了比较。试验结果表明,亚温锻造退火预处理显著提高轴承疲劳寿命,其额定寿命(L10)比传统热锻工艺提高三倍多。通过对淬回火套圈的组织结构分析,初步探讨了提高轴承套圈寿命的原因。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the fatigue life bearing Speccmen made from GCr15 steel with the intercritical—temperature—forging—annealing pretreating process and compares with the traditional heat—forging and the medium-temperature forging processes respectively. Th(?) experimental results showed that, when pretreaed with the intercriticaltemperature-foriging-annealing process, the fatigue life of bearing may be improved remarkalty.Through an analysis of the microstructure of the bearing races nuder quenching-tempering condition the way to improve the fatigue life of bearing reces is primarly discussed here.
