【摘要】 本文着重介绍中文人事档案管理系统的设计思想和实现方法,并介绍使用微机关系数据库dBASE—Ⅱ开发的管理应用软件。它成功地解决了对人事档案进行存贮、查询、删除、修改、统计、捡索和常用报表输出。系统提供中文菜单式的人机对话方式,管理人员能够灵活、方便、轻松愉快地操作,完成日常管理工作。为各级领导机关研究政策、分析情况、规划人员结构和指导工作提供了及时准确的依据。系统不仅适用于高等院校,略加修改也适用于其它企事业单位。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article is to introduce the deigning thought and the realization of the management system of personnel files in Chinese, and to introduce the appticable management software for using the micro-computer relational data bank dBASE—Ⅱ. The system successfully solves the problems of storage, inguiry, deletion, revision, statistics and retrieval of personnel files as well as of the output of everyday report. The system provides a way of man-machine interaction like The Chinese menu. with the system, the management personnel can operate with flexibility, convenience and pleasure, and thus fulfill the routine Wask of management. The system provides instant and accurate basis for leading bodies at various levels to study policies, to analyse situations, to plan personnel structure and to guide their Work.
