金属型铸造可锻铸铁的低温石墨化退火研究
STUDY OF LOW TEMPERATURE GRAPHITIZATION OF PERMANENT MOLD MALLEABLE CAST IRON
【摘要】 本文对低温石墨化退火工艺进行了较系统的试验研究,提出了金属型铸造有助于实现亚临界温度石墨化退火,得出了一些有关的结论。金属型铸造φ16mm的铸态白口铁试棒,720℃等温退火,试验室条件下15小时内可完成铁素体化过程并在生产条件下浇注铸件进行了退火试验。
【Abstract】 Systematic experiment study of malleable cast iron graphitization at subcdtical temperature has been done. Satistical analysis of experiment makes clear that permanent mold promotes to realize lower temperature graphitization. In the laboratory, as-cast permanent mold φ16mm test bar can completly change to ferritic matrix plus graphite in 15 hrs through isothermal anneal at 720c. production test has also been done in the factory.
