【摘要】 本文通过对锦州地区108例正常人血清脂蛋白的醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳法分析,得到血清脂蛋白电泳图谱,进而用电泳扫描法,描记出血清脂蛋白光密度曲线。结果表明,锦州地区正常人的各种血清脂蛋白的相对百分含量分别为:α—脂蛋白(19.6±7.1)％,前β—脂蛋白(24.1±7.9)％,β—脂蛋白(56.3±8.0)％。提供了临床诊断的参考数据资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 The electrophoreograms of normal serum lipoprotein in 108 samples in the aren of Jinzhou were analysed by the acetyl cellulose sheetelectrophoresis. The photodensity curves of these samples were obtained by electrophoretic scanning. The results of this analysis show that the percentages of the iipoproteins in normal individuals are 19.6±7.1 for α-lipoprotein, 24.1±7.9for pre-β-lipoprotein, 56.3±8.0 for β-lipoprotein, respectively.
