【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the local bearing behavior of masonry wall at beam support and existing loads from the wall above.On the basis of experiments and analysis, calculation methods of local bearing strength of masonry wall considering the unloading effect due to arch action within the wall are presented. Besides, the restraining effect of the wall above on beam end as well as on local bearing capacity of wall at beam support are also discussed.更多还原
