高压溢流阀的稳定性及噪声研究
THE RESEARCH ON STABILITY AND NOISE FOR HIGH—PRESSURE RELIEF VALVES
【摘要】 本文采用理论分析与实验相结合的方法,研究高压溢流阀的稳定性及产生噪声的原因。应用经典控制理论借助计算机计算分析了某厂生产的高压溢流阀的稳定性,经过大量计算找出溢流阀的一些结构参数与稳定裕量的关系,在分析基础上提出了基于相对稳定性要求的溢流阀动态设计准则。应用上述成果,对原产品进行了改进设计,对新产品的实验证明,在降低噪声方面取得了明显的效果。
【Abstract】 In this paper the method of combining theoreticanalysis and experiment is used to study the stability andthe reason of noise of high-pressure overflow valves. Applyingclassical control theory and calculation by computer, thestability for the se valves made by a factory is analysed.From a lot of calculation, the relation ship between somestructure parameters and stable abundance is found. Based onthis analysis, the dynamic design criterion of overflow valve isgiven. Using this result, the old product is improved. Thetest results of the new one prove that obvious effect inreducing noise is obtained.
