【Abstract】 During the period from September 1984 to June 1985 in Nanchang district,Jiangxi 40-day-old castrated hybrid piglets,even share in both sexes,weregiven with various concentrations of Salinomycin sodium(SL),the feeds-additive,in daily ration for triplicated experiments to approach the effect onswine fattening.90 heads of piglets in total were used.Through 6 months’careful feeding and then comparison among them,the final results were summ-arized as follows:1.During the feeding period,the gain of bodyweight(bwt)of SL 50ppm group is the highest among all of the experimental groups.Theaverage,gain is 451g/day,being 15.5% higher than 391g/day of non-additivecontrol group with very significant difference(p<0.01).2.The feeds consum-ption of SL 50ppm group is 3.742kg/kg.bwt.,17.5% lower than 4.537kg/kgbwt.of non-additive control group.3.The fattening duration from the initialwt.reaching to the given wt.90kg is 163 days,being the shortest among thetrial groups.It’s 20 days eariler for market than 183.3 days of non-additivecontrol group.Therefore,SL may be proved a good feeds-additive and SL 50ppmdosed in swine daily rations may be available to promote the growth,shortenthe duratian of feeding and lessen the feeds consumption.更多还原
