耕牛钼中毒的研究(Ⅵ报)——铜钼镉在大鼠体内的相互影响

【摘要】 近年来,我们在研究耕牛钼中毒时发现高钼饲料中也有微量镉存在,而且在动物体内也出现相应的组织学变化。为了探索铜钼镉三种元素在大鼠体内的桕互影响,为钼中毒的防治提供依据,我们用铜钼镉三种元素对大鼠进行人工喂饲试验。

【Abstract】 Three elements i·e·Cu.Mo and Cd were given to laboratoryrats for approaching to the interactions among them in cattle andsubmitting the data for the studies on the pathogenesis machanismand eradication of Mo-poisoning.84 rats divided into 7 groups,each of which contained 12 ratswith half and half in both sexes,were used for this experiment.The average body-weight of each rat was 50-100g.and no signi-cant difference was in the total body-weight among these groups.The results obtained from the trial are as follows:Cu can an-tagonise the toxicity of Mo、Cd can lower Cu level in rats andthe coordination between Mo and Cd may exist seemingly.Deposi-tions of Mo and Cd are the richest in the Kidney among allof the organs.The level of renal Mo is high up to 237±91ppm,being 150 times as much as the control’s.The sequence re-lated to the values measured of Mo in Various organs of ratsis:kidney>heart>liver>testis>spleen>lungs.The level of renal-Cdmay be high up to 85.94±12.61 ppm,being 19 times as much as thecontrol’s.The sequence related to the values measured of Cd invarious organs of rats is:kidney>liver>heart>spleen>testis>lungs.In Cu.Mo and Cd mix group the level of Mo is lowered signif-icantly(p<0.01)than single Mo-group while the level of Cd is also lowered significantly.(p<0.01)than single Cd group.However,both the clinical signs and histological changes of Cu,Mo andCd mix poisoning in rats show more severe than Cu-poisoning andCd-poisoning.pathohistologically,the main features in Mo-poisoningare both the degeneration and edema of kidney,heart and testes,while those in Cd-poisoning are the degeneration and necrosis ofrenal tubular,chronic emphysema of the lungs,necrosis of sperma-togenic epithelium cells of convoluted seminiferous tubules.Thehistopathological changes of Mo-Cd mix poisoning show Mo-Cd co-mbinative forms,being more severe than those of either single Moor Cd poisoning.
