Nb-V微合金钢在(γ+α)双相区的控轧及有关强化效应的估算

【摘要】 利用小型试验轧机,对Nb-V微合金钢进行了(γ+α)双相区控轧试验。研究了终轧温度对钢的显微组织和力学性能的影响。定量估算了钢中的固溶强化σs,析出强化σp,位错强化σd,亚晶强化cks l-1/2和晶粒细化的强化效应ky d-1/2。建立了一个新的有关低碳微合金化控轧钢的屈服强度关系式: σyis+[σp2d2+(cks l-1/2)2]1/2+ky d-1/2用该式计算的σy值与实验结果符合得相当好。

【Abstract】 The controlled roiling experiments into the dual-phase γ+a region of the Nb-V microalloy steel have been carried out using a pilot roiling mill. The effect of finishing roiling temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel was examined. The yield strength components containing the solid solution strengthening, σs, precipitation strengthening, σp, dislocation strengthening, σd, subgrain strengthening, cks l-1/2 and grain strengthening, kyd-1/2, were estimated so that a new expression is found as:σyis+[σp2d2+(cks l-1/2)2]1/2+kyd-1/2The σy calculated is in quite agreement with the experimental results.
