低扭振频率温度系数恒弹性合金
A NOTE ON CONSTANT ELASTIC ALLOY WITH LOW TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT OF TORSIONRESONANCE FREQUENCY
【摘要】 本文叙述了扭振频率温度系数|rs|≤1×10-6/℃恒弹性合金研制的基本设想、制造工艺和性能测试结果。它是在Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti合金基础上,通过调整Cr,Ti含量,加入微量硼并采用低温回火工艺制成的。用透射电镜观察了硼对γ′相质点影响。结果表明:加硼合金之所以具有低的扭振频率温度系数且对回火工艺不敏感,是由于合金中加入微量硼,使在回火过程中析出的γ′相质点细小、弥散及硼有稳定γ′,相作用所致。
【Abstract】 An attempt was made of preparing a constant elastic alloy with temperature coefficient of torsion-resonance frequency [rs|=1×10-6/℃ under consideration of adjustment of Cr and Ti contents and addition of trace B to Fe-Ni-Cr-Ti alloy as well as of treatment to temper at lower temperature. The effect of B additive on γ′-phase particles was observed under TEM. The reason why the alloy with addition of trace B exhibited a lower temperature coefficient of torsion-resonance frequency and no more sensitivity to tempering is believed to be the precipitation and dispersion of fine γ′-phase particles, which is stabilized by B, in the process of tempering.
