层状碳化物对HK40合金性能的影响
INFLUENCE OF LAMELLAR CARBIDES ON THE HIGH TEMPERATURE ENDURANCE STRENGTH OF HK40 ALLOY
【摘要】 本文探讨了层状碳化物的形态,晶体学特征,析出原因及动力学,以及对HK40合金高温性能的影响。试验结果表明,层状碳化物为板条状M23C6,与基体的位向关系是, {001}M23C6∥{001}γ,<001>M23C6∥<001>γ。层状M23C6析出的含氮量极限为0.065~0.075%.层状M23C6胞晶平均生长速度G主要受碳的扩散控制。高温持久实验表明,层状M23C6的析出对合金的高温持久强度是有害的。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the morphology of lamellar carbide, crystallogical charcteristics, the dynamics of lamellar precipitation and the high temperature properties of HK40 alloy were studied. It was shown that the lamellar precipitates are lath carbides M23C6 and the orientation relationship between the austenitic matrix and the lamellar M23C6 are:{001}M23C6∥{001}γ, <001>M23C6∥<001>γ, The limit content of nitrogen during lamellar M23C6 precipitated is 0.065 to 0.075% in HK40 alloy and the average migration rate G of the lamellar M23C6 carbide cell is mainly controlled by the volume diffusion of carbon. Based upon the data of high temperature endurance test, precipitation of lamellar M23C6 is harmful to the high temperature endurance strength.
