感应淬火取消回火对试样疲劳寿命影响的研究

【摘要】 本文论述了45、40Cr钢试样经高频表面淬火后的疲劳寿命,并与传统高频表面淬火和低温回火试样进行了对比。试验表明,高频表面淬火后不经回火,不仅可简化生产工序、节能,而且试样疲劳寿命显著提高。通过对组织结构及残余应力分析,还初步探讨了提高疲劳寿命的原因。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the fatigue of 45, 40Cr steel specimens surface induction hardened without temperiag and compared with those by conventional induction hardening and low temperature tempering. It is denoted that, the elimination of the tempering process after induction hardening can not only simplify the production process and save energy but also improve the fatigue life of specimens. By the analyses of microstructure and residual stress, the cause of improving the fatigue life is primary discussed.
