铸造锻模钢铸态回火工艺的研究
Study on the Tempering Process of as-cast steel Forging Dies
【摘要】 本文介绍了ZDM-2铸造模具钢铸态下直接回火新工艺,该工艺不需要另外淬火。试验表明,新工艺与常规的铸态经退火后再淬火—回火热处理工艺相比,其主要性能与微观组织基本相近,具有较高的抗热疲劳性能和回火稳定性。铸态直接回火工艺方法简单,节省能源和淬火设备,热处理变形小,经济效益明显。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the direct tempering process for the as-cast steel ZDM-2 forging dies without additional quenching process. It is shown by the experiment that the new process comparing with the conventional process, i. e. annealing for the as-cast condition and then quench-hardening and tempering, presents the same major properties and microstructures and the dies treated with this process hare higher thermo-fatigue resistance and temper resistance. The process of direct tempering under as-cast condition has the advantage of simple in operation, saving energy and eliminating quenching equipments, less in distortion, significant in economic benefit.
