用铸渗合金法提高铸件耐磨性的试验
Experiment on Diffusing Alloying Elements on the Casting Parts during Casting to Improve Wear Resistance
【摘要】 本文介绍了HT20-40灰口铸铁经铸渗合金后进行的耐磨损试验。研究表明,铸渗层组织为莱氏体和碳化物的过共晶白口组织,相分析显示莱氏体中Mn、P和Cu量较高,这对强化组织,增强韧性和减少S的有害作用十分有益。铸渗合金法是一种节约金属提高使用寿命的工艺,具有实用价值。
【Abstract】 This Paper deals with the experimental work on the wear resistance of HT20-40 cast iron by diffusing alloy elements during casting. It was denoted that, the structures of these diffusing layers are hyper-eutectic with ledeburite and carbide containing more Mn,P and Cu, that may contribute to strenghen the structure, improve the toughness and reduce the detrimental effect of S.Diffusing alloying elements during casting is a practical process for saving metal and improving the service life of casting parts.
