【摘要】 阳模滚压成型是一种比较现代的陶瓷成型法.但由于种种原因未能在景德镇瓷区推广应用.本文用自行改装成的阳模成型机成功地进行了阳模成型试验,并探讨了各种较佳的工艺条件;成功地对器型较深的荷叶大碗进行了阳模成型试验,扩大了阳模成型的应用范围.阳模成型,由于滚压头与泥料的接触面积大,坯体结构致密,强度高,变形少,所以,半成品破损可减少85%;成品缺陷可减少60%以上;产品的出口瓷合格率可提高10—20%.更多还原

【Abstract】 The roller forming with convex mold is one of modem forming methods for ceramic tableware manufacture, but it has not been widely applied at Jingdezhen area owing to certain reasons. The reequiped roller machine was successfully used in overforming testing and various optimal technological conditions were discussed in this paper. The result of forming test in deep shaped bowl of festooned flaring edge showed that the above mentioned forming method could be applied to other products. Owing to the extended contact surface between rollerhead and clay cabe, it came to a compact texture, sufficient strength and less deformation of body. Therefore, spoiled semiproducts due to rente and the rate of defective finished products was reduced 85% and the more than 60% respectively. The rate of qualified export products was increased 10-20%.更多还原
