【Abstract】 Modified Atmosphere storage of fresh Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) packedwith small polyethylene plastics bags of different thickness was studied by using perpendicular and contrast methods.The result of the experiment showed that under the condition of constant-temperature cold storage and the small plastics bag package of 0.1mm thickness, after 210-day storage the preservation rate was over 90%.
