【摘要】 作者对引入的美国Corbett公司优良祖代鸡Corbett A、D、E三系的种质性状进行了系统的观察。观察的项目包括:生长发育、育雏率、育成率、存活率、生产性能、种蛋受精率、孵化率、蛋品质、血液生理指标等。 观察测定结果表明,Corbett A、D、E三系蛋鸡均具有体重小(1.7kg以下),蛋重大(59g以上),蛋形整齐(蛋形指数72—73％),蛋壳致密(蛋壳厚度0.33mm以上)等特点。其中A系生命力较强;D系开产早、蛋大、蛋亮质量好,E系产蛋量高。作者认为以尼克、E系为母本,A、D系为父本进行不同组合的系间杂交,预计可筛选出优良组合,以培育出适应当前生产需要的高产商品系蛋鸡。更多还原

【Abstract】 The breed quality characters of pleasing progenitor of Corbett A, D, E, the three strains of layer which came from the United States were observed by the authors.The items of the observation included the growth,the rate of brood, the rate of raising mature chicken, the survival rate, the productive performance, the fertility rate of breeding eggs, the rate of hatchability, the quality of eggs and the physiological targets of blood.The results of the observation showed that Corbett A, D, E, the threestrains of layer all had the advantages of less body weight (below 1.7 kg), heavier egg (over 59g) , uniform egg shape (egg shape index is 72-73%), dense shell (shell thickness is over 0.33mm) . Strain A had stronger vitality. Strain D produced eggs earlier and the egg was bigger, the shell quality was better. Strain E was productive. The authors considered that it is possible to select the pleasing combination by making strains cross of different combination between the female (strain Nike and E) and the male (strain A and D) , in order to breed commercial layer strain of high production which is needed currently.
