【摘要】 用日立835—50型氨基酸自动分析仪,以盐酸水解法,测定了葵花盘和玉米的氨基酸组成。葵花盘的总氨基酸和必需氨基酸的含量分别为7.96％和3.70％;玉米的总氨基酸和必需氨基酸的含量分别为8.69％和3.71％。但葵花盘富含赖氨酸,约为玉米含量的1.5倍。此外,葵花盘中谷氨酸、甘氨酸含量较多,并含丰富的果胶。因此,可考虑用葵花盘做混合饲料的组分,以提高饲料的品质,增强饲料的适口性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Samples from sunflower heads, after pulverized and hydrolyzed by dilute hydrochroric acid, were analyzed with high speed amino acid analyzer (Hitachi Model 835-50) for discrimilating amino acid components.Corn seed powder was used in a parallel test.Though the total content of amino acids and essential amino acids are 8.69% and 3.7%, respectively in corn seed and 7.96% and 3.7% respectively in sunflower head, the content of lysine in sunflower head is 1.5 times that in corn seed.And the content of glul-amic acid, glycine and pectin is more in sunflower head than in corn seed.Sunflower head powder may be considered as one of the ingredients in mixed foodstuff to enhence the quality and palatabllity.
