密圈圆柱形螺旋弹簧K值的精确计算

【摘要】 本文对密圈圆柱形螺旋弹簧应力公式中K值的三种形式的计算方法进行了推导和详细的讨论。从而在密圈圆柱形螺旋弹簧设计中能够恰当选用K值。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of calculation for the curvature coefficient K of the stress equation for the close circle cylinderic helical springs are derived and discussed in detail.So, K value can be chose properly for design of this kind of springs.
