【Abstract】 A method to prepare highly purified albumin from human urine is reported in the paper. If crude product of albumin is separated by the methods of affinty chromatography and CM-Sephadex C₅0 column chromatography the albumin can be prepared. After this way, 100％ peak of the albumin is determined by scaning-thin laYer.更多还原
