固-液相转移催化合成17a-羟基黄体酮-21-乙酸酯
The Study of the Synthesis of 17a-Hydroxy-progesterone-21-Acetate by Solid-Liquid Phase Transfer Catalysis Method
【摘要】 在固-液相转移条件下,聚乙二醇(PEG-400)对甾体卤化物和羧酸盐的酯化反应具有一定的催化作用。以PEG-400为催化剂,以丙酮为溶剂,由17α-羟基黄体酮-21-位碘代物和乙酸钾反应合成17α-羟基黄体酮-21-乙酸酯的收率可达94%。并研究了溶剂和碘负离子对反应的影响。
【Abstract】 The 17α-hydroxy progesterone-21-acetate was synthesized by the solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis method.The results show that the polyethylene glycol-400 possesses considerable catalytic effect in the reaction of the steroidal iodide with potassium acetate. The yield of 94% of 17α-hydroxy progesterone-21-acetate can be achieved.The effects of solvents and iodide ion on this reaction are also investigated.
