【Abstract】 Multimode waveguides in the soda-lime substrate glass are fabricated by applying an electric field assisted ion migration process and a post-diffusion baking at the diffusion temperature. Fabricating the multimode immerse planaer optical waveguide in glass by two-stage ion migration process is successful. The m-line spectrum of waveguides are measured and the refractive-index profiles in the waveguides are calculated by the White method.更多还原
