应用电子计算机帮助建立蓖麻蚕核型多角体病毒DNA的物理图谱
CONSTRUCTING THE PHYSICAL MAP OF SILKWORM ATTACUS RICINI NUCLEAR POLYHEDROSIS VIRUS DNA UNDER THE HELP OF COMPUTER
【摘要】 蓖麻蚕核型多角体病毒(ArNPV)核酸为双股环状DNA,分子量约81×10~6道尔顿。用BamHI,BglⅡ.EcoRI三种限制性内切酶对ArNPV-DNA进行了酶切研究,采用三酶切法通过电子计算机的分析,建立了ArNPV-DNA的三种限制酶的物理图谱
【Abstract】 The DNA genome of Silkworm Attacus ricini nuclear polyhedrosis virus (ArNPV) is double strands circular DNA with molecular weight about 81×10~6 doltons. ArNPV-DNA restriction fragments have been studied by three kinds of restriction endonucleases: BamHⅠ. BglⅡ and EcoRⅠ. The physical map of ArNPV-DNA is constructed through triple enzyme digests by onalysis of computer.
