【摘要】 本文提出了一种用纯合基因型估计数量性状遗传力的新方法。该法的试验不需设置重复,只要有若干纯合基因型在两种不同环境(如年份、地点或栽培措施)下的观测值即可,因此特别适合于作物品种资源研究或育种实践中的资料分析。文中用一个油菜实例对本法和现有唯一的用纯合基因型估计遗传力的方差分析法进行了比较,结果表明本法具有试验简单,计算容易和估值更为实际等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method for estimating heritability of quantitative characters using a group of true-breeding genotypes was developed. This method applies to the experiment without replications and needs only the observations of the same group of genotypes in two environments such as years, locations or others. It is characteristic of simpler experiments,easier calculations and more actural estimates compared with the only method using a group of true-breeding genotypes——ANOVA (analysis of variance) .更多还原
