变形路径对08Al钢板成形过程中塑性损伤的影响

【摘要】 本文用扫描电镜研究了08Al钢板成形过程中不同变形路径下的损伤形核和损伤演变。结果表明,微空洞核发生在碳化物——基体界面、晶界和晶内。单向拉伸和平面应变的塑性损伤受空洞生长控制,双向拉伸的塑性损伤受空洞形核控制。

【Abstract】 Damage nucleation and damage evolution during the forming process of 08A1 steel sheet with different strain paths have been investigated under a scanning electron microscope. The results obtained show that the initiation of damage takes place at the carbide-matrix interface, the grain boundary and in the interior of grains. The plastic damage of unidirectional tension and pkne strain is controlled by void growth and the plastic damage of bidirectional stretching is controlled by void initiation.
