半导体激光器录放系统耦合分析

【摘要】 本文根据半导体激光器的发光特性,分析计算了椭圆高斯光束在光学系统中的衍射传播以及光源参数和系统参数对光能耦合、聚焦光斑直径的影响;确定了当入射光场为椭圆高斯分布时,获得圆对称聚焦光斑的条件。利用菲涅尔衍射积分,得出准直系统轴上点光强最大时,数值孔径与光源特性参数关系的解析表达式,并给出了设计和实验结果。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of semiconductor laser, the diffraction in optical systems of laser beam with an elliptical Gaussian profile and the effects of parameters of the laser source and those of the optical system on the energy coupling of light and the diameter of the focussed spot are investigated. Conditions by which a circular symmetrical focussed spot can be obtained when the incident laser beam is an elliptical Gaussian profile are determined. By Frensnel diffraction integration, an analytical expression for giving the relationship between the numerical aperture of the optical system and the parameters of the laser source is found for the maximum on-axis light intensity of the collimating. Experimental results and a practical design example are given.
