【摘要】 <正> 血小板在动脉粥样硬化发病过程中的重要作用已受到普遍重视。我们实验室也观察到,静脉注射高脂血清后兔血小板聚集性明显增高,循环血液中出现的血小板聚集物数大为增加,血小板MDA产量也显著增多,这提示在高脂血症时出现血小板高功能状态。已知血小板是体内5-羟色胺(5-HT)的主要储存器,所含5—HT浓度非常高。血小板功能的变化可以表现出血小板对5—HT的吸收和释放过程的改变。血液5—HT含量的变化也可影响血小板的功能。本研究旨在观察高脂血症和实验性动脉粥样硬化时血小板5—HT含量的变

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of hyperlipemia on the platelet,we measured 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) contents of the rabbits’ platelets at the third and sixth hour after single intravenous injection of hypercholesterolemic serum. It was found that 5-HT contents of the platelets decreased remarkably after the injection of hypereholesterolemic serum. However, in the control group of rabbits, no apparent changes were noted at the third and sixth hour after the injection of equal amount of normoeholesterolemic serum. In another experiment,we measured 5-HT contents of platelets in both cholesterol-induced atheroselerotic rabbits and the control ones. The result was that the 5-HT content of platelet of experimental atherosclerotic group was 1.297±0.240 ng/10~5plt, while that of control group was 2.295±0.301 ng/10~5plt. There was significant difference between these two groups. The above results indicate that hypercholesterolemia can cause platelet to release 5-HT. This paper deals with the probable role of 5-HT in atherogenesis.
