【Abstract】 This article introduces a method of isolution and purification of reticulocyte messager RNA. For preparating reticulocyte, a new method had been used. The Carp was made anemic by abstrating blood instead of classical method of injecting Phenyhydiazino. Then the total reticulocyte mRNA was prepared using cold phenol. The purified mRNA was used for chromatpgraphy of celloluse Oligo (dT) . Purified mRNA had a typical peak of nucleic acids and biological activity.更多还原
