【Abstract】 This paper deals with the relations between dissolved oxygen and growth of prawn. The dissolved oxygen in the cultural water comes 1 ) directly from the air, 2) from plants’ photosynthesis, and 3) exchange of fresh sea water.Change of dissolved oxygen content coincides with change of water temperature-high in. day, low in night.
