【Abstract】 Antigenic determinant divergence of superoxide dismutases (SODs) from 16 strains of marine luminous bacteria was determined by Ouchterlony double diffusion procedure. Re-sults:16 strains of bacteria were divided into two groups,the genus Vibrio and the Photoba-cterium.These were in agreement with our former classification based on phenotype, in which V. fischeri and V.logei were assigned to genus Vibrio.
