【Abstract】 301 children aged 3 to 5 years from 3 kindergartens in Harbin were divided at random into 4 groups. Children in group A received 3 intramuscular injections of 10μg of China hepatitis B vaccine each. Those in groups B, C, D 5μg,2.5μg,20μg each respectively.7 months following the first dose, seroconversion rates of A,B,C,D groups, were 100%,100%, 98.6%, 100% respectively and Anti-HBs concentrations were 675.74mIU/ml,529.30mIU/ml, 536.91mIU/ml,716.47mIU/ml respectively. These results confirmed the motion that reduced doses of vaccine were as efficacious as the normal doses(10μg or 20μg).更多还原
