【Abstract】 110 cases of haemolytic anemia treated from 1967 to 1984 were analysed. Haemolytic anemia is one of the most common type of anemia,being in the third place according to rate of incidence, PNH and AIHA are more common than others.The most significant laboratory test for AIHA is Coombs’ antiglobulin test, but the positive rate in these 110 cases was only 78%, Ham’s test, usually used for PNH, is not very sensitive. Excluding other conditions of intrahemolytic anemia we found hemesiderinuria test very useful. The therapy, prognosis and complications of PNH and AIHA were discussed.更多还原
