【摘要】 本试验以Hb、RBC、Hct和儿童体重、身高变化为主要观测指标,对浓缩大豆蛋白膳等四组膳食恢复儿童缺铁性贫血的作用进行了研究。结果表明,大豆蛋白膳经补充VC后与补充FeSO₄的参考对照组一样,具有明显改善儿童缺铁性贫血状况的效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four groups each containig 8 children with iron deficiency anemia at the age of 4-5 years were given（1）basic diet, （2）basic diet+CSP,（3）basic diet+CSP+VC,（4）basic diet+CSP+FeSO₄ respcctively for 7 weeks.All these diets could improve the children’s body weight and height. Only diets supplemented with VC and FeSO₄ could significantly increase Hb and Hct values in children with iron deficiency anemia.更多还原
