【Abstract】 Change of tyrosine content and the effect of hCG in mouse ovary were investigated. Results showed that the concentration of tyrosine in the period of ovulation was higher than in other periods,The content of tyrosine was also increased by exogenous administration of hCG.It suggested that the change of tyrosine content is closely related to the functional activity of ovary.更多还原
