【Abstract】 302 children (3 to 5 years)were randomly divided into four groups: group A recieved 3 intramuscular injections of 10μg of China hepatitis B vaccine; group B, 3 injections of 5μg; group C, 2.5μg and group D 20μg respectively. Anti-HBs was detected by radioimmunoassay at the 1st,3ra and 7th month after the first inoculation. In the 7th month following the first dose, seroconversion rates of groups A, B, C, and D were 100%,100%, 98.7% and 100% respectively. Anti-HBs (geometric mean)was 675.74mIU/ml, 529.30mIU/ml 536.91mIU/ml and 716.mIU/ml respectively.No significant differences were observed.These results confirm that as reduced as regular doses of vaccine should be efficacious.更多还原
