【摘要】 以对幼雌小鼠的子宫增重作用及对去卵巢小鼠的雌性活性作用持续时间为指标,对雌二醇、戊酸雌二醇、乙炔雌二醇的聚乙二醇高分子化合物雌性活性的量效及时效关系作了初步测定,结果表明,在本实验条件下,雌二醇、戊酸雌二醇、乙炔雌二醇的聚乙二醇高分子化合物与原母体化合物比较其雌激素活性较弱,作用持续时间未见延长。更多还原

【Abstract】 Estrogen derivatives combined with PEG w ere studied by measuring their uterotrophic activities in premature mice and their time-relationship (vaginal cornification in ovariectomized mice).
