【Abstract】 The mass spectra of thirteen monocyclic beta-lactams have been reported and analyzed in this paper. The relationsh ips between the mass spectra and beta-lactamase inhibitional activities has been disc ussed. It is verified that the compounds with the ion peak of M/2(117+R’-1) in the mass spectra almost exhibit no inhibitional activity, but for the active componuds, there are not this ion peak.更多还原
