生脉注射液对麻醉动物血流动力学及心肌耗氧的影响

EFFECTS OF SHENG-MAI INJECTION ON THE HEMODYNAMICS AND MYOCARDIAL OXYGEN CONSUMPTION IN ANESTHETIZED ANIMALS

【摘要】 本文探讨华西医科大学制药厂研制的生脉注射液对心血管机能的影响。猫十只,麻醉后iv生脉注射液1ml/kg,使CO、SV、CI、LVWI、LVSP、dp/dt max和Vce-cpip显著增加,而tdp/dt max、LVET和LVEDP无明显改变。另五只猫麻醉后iv生脉注射液1ml/kg,颈动脉、股动脉、肠系膜上动脉血流量均有短暂增多。四只犬麻醉后iv生脉注射液1ml/kg,冠状动脉左旋支血流量增加,而心肌耗氧量和动静脉氧差均减少。

【Abstract】 Experiments were designed to determine the effects of Sheng-Mai injection offered by the pharmaceutical F-actory of west China University of Medical Sciences on cardiovascular function. In 10 anethetlzed cats, Sheng-Mai injection iv 1 ml/kg caused a significant increase of CO, SV, CI, LVWI, LVSP, dp/dtmax and Vce-cpip, but no significant changes in t-dp/ dt max, LVET and LVEDP were observe-d. The results suggest that the pumping function and the contractility of the heart are improved. In another 5 anethetized cats, Sheng-Mai injection iv 1 ml/kg increased the blood flows in arteries such as common carotid, femoral and superior m-esentery arteries temperarily. The blood flows returned to the level before administration in 5 minutes. However. the blood flow of common carotid artery decreased further in 15 minutes later. 4 ane-thetized dog were treated with Shegn-Mai injection iv 1 ml/kg. The blood flow of circumflex branch of left coronary artery was increased. However, Myocardial oxygen consumption was reduced. In the above experiments, it was observed that effects of Tween-80, a solvent of the injection with some obvious pharmacological activities, were different from those of Sheng-Mai injection. Therefore, Sheng-Mai injecton may play beneficial effects for certain patients with heart diseases.
