【摘要】 本文研究了10％扑热息痛注射液(100mg/kg剂量)的生物利用度及药物动力学,并与口服片剂(200mg/kg剂量)作了比较。结果表明:注射液的吸收快,峰时提前2小时以上;每公斤100mg剂量注射液比每公斤200mg剂量口服片剂的血峰浓度及曲线下面积均大。说明注射剂的生物利用度比口服片剂为高。临床验证表明:注射液用药15分钟显效,在2小时内平均退热达2℃。更多还原

【Abstract】 The bioavilability and pharmacokinetics of 10% Acetaminophen injection 100 mg/kg were compared with that of oral tablet of 200 mg/kg.The results showed that the injection was absorbed very quickly and the peak time was about 2 hrs. earlier than that of tablet, The plasma peak concentration and the area under curve of the injection were also higher than the tablet even though the oral dose was double as much as injection. Clinical trial identified that the onset time of the injection was 15 minutes and reduced the body fever 2℃ within 2 hrs.更多还原
