【Abstract】 DHAQ[Mitoxantrone,1,4-Dihydroxy-5,8-bis[(2-(2-hydroxyethyl)aminoethyl)amino]-9,10-anthracenedione],was syn-thesized by Prof.C.C. Cheng and Dr.RKY Zee-Cheng in U. S. A. Then, inour university Prof.Xu Peiling et al.sythesized DHAQ from the different start-ing materials.We studied the antitumoractivity of DHAQ in vitro againsthuman adenocarcinoma cells of the lungs,hepatoma cells and gastric cancer cells.The results showed that DHAQ hadrelatively high antitumor activity.DHAQkilled the cancer cells and inhibitedtheir growth.The tumorinhibitory ef-ficiency of DHAQ was 74-87%.Themitosis of lung adenocarcinoma cells,hepatoma cells and gastric carcinomacells were blocked almost completelyby DHAQ.更多还原
